I've spent over 25 years in client-facing roles where relationships were at the core of my work. The last 10 years in recruiting is where I've found my people and my purpose. I have always been a helper who cares deeply about others and their futures. I bring a consultative, people-first approach to every search, because I genuinely believe the right match is magical.
Outside of work, I'm a mom to two teenage daughters and have been married for over 20 years. The four of us, plus our Sheepadoodle Kylee, are my whole why. You'll find us on the lake in the summer, out on walks, or exploring new adventures. I'm a die-hard Packer fan living in Minneapolis... yes, yes, I know. But with my passion for NFL football, I'll happily talk all 32 teams and fantasy football.

My fees are intentionally lower and more flexible than most agencies because I believe great recruitment shouldn't come with a price tag that gives you pause. Whether you're a growing startup or an established business, let's talk. After gaining an understanding of your situation, we'll find a structure that aligns with your needs.
Simply put, I don't believe one fee structure fits every situation. Depending on the role and what works best for you, we can work together in a few different ways:
Retained - fully dedicated to your search from day one
Hybrid - a small upfront fee and contingent search
Hourly - recruiting support as an extension of your team, when and where you need it.
Contingency - fee due with successful placement.
